He is also the co-founder and Vice-President of Tahoe Loan Servicing, Inc., a California corporation (“TLS”). He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Wisconsin in 1970. He is an avid golfer and skier, and a huge Cleveland Browns fan.

Richard Schwarte earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in 1969. He is an avid golfer, snow skier and paddleboarder, and is a huge Bucky Badger fan.

Kelly L. Krolicki

Kelly Krolicki has been a licensed Nevada Mortgage Broker since 2005 and a licensed California real estate agent since 1992. She has years of experience in loan servicing, loan origination and real estate sales. Since 2001, she has worked for Western Highland Mortgage. In 2005, she was instrumental in forming and operating Western Highland Mortgage Fund I, LLC (“Fund I”). Kelly is now the Founder and managing member of Western Highland Mortgage Fund II, LLC ("Fund II"). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the California State University, Chico in 1990, and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1994.

Paul Sullivan is a licensed California real estate agent and has years experience in loan servicing, loan origination and real estate sales. His specialty is real estate construction loans. Paul has worked for NSI since 1998 and was instrumental in growing the business. Prior to working for NSI he worked for Bank of America, Bank of the West, Paragon Financial Services and Sterling Capital Mortgage. He earned his B.S. in Finance from the Arizona State University in 1987. Paul is all about hockey; whether he is playing or coaching, you can find him on the ice.
