We believe in communicating with our borrowers & investors on a monthly basis through our monthly newsletters, investor’s monthly statements, and automatic deposits of payments. Investors can request a portfolio of all of our investments to date.

 

Investor Opportunities:

 

Western Highland Fund II, LLC has a Private Placement Memorandum that spells out specific parameters of private lending & commercial real estate lending, loan-to-value ratios, lending practices, lending procedures, management fees, etc. We only accept accredited investors. Fund II is a SEC REG D fund licensed by the California Department of Corporations Financial Lender’s license #607-3352.

 

Western Highland Mortgage is regulated by the California Department of Real Estate #656844, the California Department of Corporations Financial Lender’s license #607-2162, and the Nevada Mortgage Lending Division #1919. Our California DRE license and Nevada MLD license allows us to put individual investors into individual trust deeds.
